The
Lazy Boy is one of the more technical tricks around when done
correctly. When I say technical, that word can really be broken down
from the start of your approach, all the way till your landing.
Because of the tight arena's that I compete in, I typically get most
of my speed on the ramp. This method makes a Lazy Boy a little
difficult with such a short run, so I must really concentrate on
corner speed. Since looping out and lazy boys really don't work well
together, the main objective before hitting the ramp is to make your
front end stays lower than the back. As you lift off, start off by
sliding the jewels up to the gas cap and bring your legs up to the
radiator shrouds. At first, you may want to experiment by trying
coffins. After you are comfortable with the slide to the front , as
well as keeping the front end down, you are on your way to bringing
those hands off of the bars. My advise is to be patient, and feel out
the trick. Before ya know it, you will be looking like a corpse on
the bike.
